Full Primary Care Membership – $150/month
Our Full Primary Care Membership gives you unlimited access to comprehensive primary care services with no surprise bills, no copays, and no insurance obstacles. Your membership includes:
- Direct access to your provider via phone or secure messaging
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care, lab reviews, and personalized wellness planning
- Hormone therapy guidance and weight loss support
- Same-day or next-day appointments when available
Note: We provide care exclusively for adults ages 18 and older.
Discounts for Service Members & Couples
We proudly support those who serve our communities.
- Active duty and retired military, police, fire, and EMS personnel receive a $25 discount on their membership.
- Spouses of qualifying service members receive the same $25 discount.
- Couples who join together each receive a $25/month discount, making membership $125 per person.
Only one discount can be applied per individual.
Weight Loss Membership – $50/month
Designed for those focused solely on weight management, this membership includes:
- Medically guided weight loss oversight
- Prescription support when appropriate
- Ongoing provider check-ins
- Body composition tracking
- Direct messaging with your provider
This plan does not include primary care services.

Medication prices may vary based on compounding pharmacy costs. If pricing changes, we notify you before any medication is ordered.
